I am a highly-skilled branch manager assistant ( senior personal banker ), my role is to help oversee the running of an entire branch by motivating and encouraging staff to keep the branch running smoothly and meeting the targets, looking after business, and follow up the individual and corporate customer accounts, keep all regulations and policies in order and maintain good customer relationships. I am also one of the first ports of call for customer disputes and would have to answer a number of more complex queries. Marketing also plays a big part in my role. I am responsible for helping to bring in new customers and boosting the bank’s profits.
